eye: Garnet colour with carmine reflections. Clear, fluid, slightly sustained colour.
1st Nose : Toasted, honey and vanilla accompany the black fruits of the forest.
2nd Nose : Blueberry and black cherry combine leather, dry wood and cloves.
Palate : Gourmet attack with a fine texture. An acidity that brings freshness with aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry. The wilder mid-palate (thyme, leather, smoky) ends on a finish with small fine tannins, without heaviness.
Grape Varieties: 90% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache
